Aestee Studio is the brand name operated by sole proprietor Vallo Mikker (Vallo Mikker FIE, Reg. No. 17484350, Estonia).

Aestee Studio is not a separate legal entity. All purchases made through this website are made from and contracted with Vallo Mikker FIE.

4. Products

Aestee Studio offers clothing and other products featuring original artwork and designs.

Many of our products are made on demand. This means that production may begin only after your order has been placed.

Our products may be manufactured, printed, packed, or fulfilled by independent production and fulfillment partners in different countries.

Because products are produced using different manufacturing methods, materials, screens, printers, and production facilities, minor variations may occur between the product shown on screen and the item you receive.

Such variations may include minor differences in:

• color;
• print position;
• print size;
• fabric texture;
• stitching;
• dimensions;
• appearance between different product sizes.

Reasonable production variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, and other information are accurate.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and production method.

Measurements and sizing information may be approximate and may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer or product type.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size guides before placing an order.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a product is materially different from its description or is otherwise defective.

6. Pricing and Currency

Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market where supported by Shopify.

Our store's base currency may differ from the currency displayed to you.

Currency conversions may be performed automatically using exchange rates provided through Shopify or its payment services.

As a result, converted prices may change over time due to exchange-rate movements.

Prices may be changed at any time before an order is placed.

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, the price charged for that order will not normally change, except where required to correct an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.

7. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Taxes may be calculated and collected where required by applicable law.

For international orders, products may be manufactured or shipped from a country different from the customer's country of residence.

Depending on the destination country, import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other charges may apply.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the carrier, customs authority, or another authority upon or before delivery.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and similar destination-country charges.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment services may be provided by third-party payment processors, including Shopify Payments and other supported providers.

We do not directly store complete payment card information.

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been successfully authorized or otherwise confirmed.

9. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated order confirmation email.

This email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that production has already begun.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• payment cannot be processed;
• a product has become unavailable;
• incorrect pricing or product information was displayed;
• we cannot fulfill the order;
• fraud or misuse is suspected;
• delivery to the supplied address is not reasonably possible.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount due to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Many Aestee Studio products enter production shortly after an order is placed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after submission.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately at info@aesteestudio.com.

We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but once production has started, voluntary cancellation or modification may no longer be available.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation available under applicable consumer law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled by different production partners and may ship from different countries or facilities.

If an order contains products fulfilled by different partners, the products may:

• arrive in separate packages;
• have different tracking numbers;
• arrive on different dates.

Delivery times shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Estimated delivery times may include or exclude production time depending on how they are displayed.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather, strikes, peak-season demand, remote locations, or incorrect delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

12. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please check your delivery information carefully before submitting an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Withdrawal Rights

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For consumers in the European Union, online purchases generally include a 14-day statutory withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions. Estonia's Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority confirms the 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

14. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that do not conform to the contract.

15. Personalized and Custom Products

Products that are made according to a customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalized may be excluded from statutory withdrawal rights where applicable law permits such an exception.

A product is not treated as personalized merely because it is produced on demand.

The relevant legal exception generally concerns goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

16. Swimwear and Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may become non-returnable once their protective seal has been opened or removed, where permitted by applicable law.

This may include certain swimwear or similar hygiene-sensitive products.

This restriction does not affect rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

17. Gift Cards

If Aestee Studio offers gift cards, they may be subject to additional terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are generally not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel gift cards obtained through fraud or unlawful activity.

is owned by Aestee Studio or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights associated with that product.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our artwork or website content without prior written permission.

19. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:

• for unlawful purposes;
• to violate intellectual property rights;
